And our Step Up Step In (SUSI) initiative and Additional Housing Management services are helping our most vulnerable residents access support.

During this period with 100% of appointments undertaken within 10 working days. The number of referrals increased compared to the year before. Unfortunately the pandemic stopped the Community Hub from opening which meant the team were unable to tap into this resource with its high footfall and undertake similar work to the year before.

In the first half of the year we had 18 SUSI referrals, which is an increase from the same period in the previous year.
The cross departmental SUSI working group has continued to meet remotely, to discuss cases, share information and problem solve issues The SUSI Elearning module remains a mandatory course for all new employees to complete.
