We continue to invest millions each year in ensuring residents have decent facilities in their homes, like kitchens, bathrooms and central heating systems.
We carried out 21,317 repairs
7,653 were emergency repairs only a 10% drop on repairs due to the pandemic.
We spent slightly more last year on routine maintenance to just over £9m; £5.6m on major repairs and over £2m on planned maintenance.
And for another year running we installed over £3m of kitchens, bathrooms and other components despite lockdowns and social distancing restrictions.
